“Need upgrade”

Was not to excited about the room. The furniture was to bulky for the room, and to cramped. The entire hotel needs a overhaul. The decor was outdated and the improvising wasnt much better. The hallways had fake fireplaces, which I assume was to keep out the cold air, but it didnt help. My room had water damage, like it was just patched. The room smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarrettes. It was convenient for what I needed it for, but for $75 it wasnt worth it. The free breakfast was a joke! The only thing fresh was the waffles because you made them yourself. The hostess was not to friendly. When asked "What is on the menu?" she replied, "What you see!". A few days prior to me coming, I called to switch my room from a single to a double, I was on hold for 20 minutes and I eventually hung up.
