“Could be an amazing property with the right investors”

  , Denver
When this property was first build I'm certain it was a gem in the area. This property has so much potential if the current owners or future investors would put in the money to do a complete system wide upgrades in a logical manner instead of trying to nickel and dime a renovation. For the price I would say it is a fair value however without some major improvements I woudn't be surprised if this property has a fence around it very soon because the loss of business from the sub par accomodations. I understand upgrades are expensive but if they would focus on doing a complete upgrade one floor at a time, taking it down to studs and upgrade FF&E they will see a return on their investment. As it stands now the continued loss of revenue from guests not willing to return and the negative online feedback is going to put this property up for sale to someone willing to invest the money to make it inviting or it will be cheaper for the owners to put a fence around it and post a security guard to watch the property instead of trying to staff, heat and operate it.
