“Returning customers”

The room was fine except no extra pillows or blankets were provided & it was difficult to adjust the heat... one way it was stifling hot and the other it wasn't warm enough. So we didn't sleep well. There were also some very noisy guests above and next to us thru out the nite... but we didn't report it. Also the new breakfast offered next door at Dick Clark's wasn't that great. The shuttle ride was a nice touch but there were SEVERAL items missing that used to be in the old place as we've been coming here for many years and always satisfied. The service over at Dick Clark's was better as we didn't have to serve ourselves coffee, etc. but there were no belgian waffle makers, no bacon avail. for purchase (only links sausage which we absolutely dislike.... so another choice would be nice), and no FRESH fruit....plus other things like juice choices, etc. So this change was not satisfactory for us.
