“Horriable Hotel”

Before we book the hotel we ask the front desk if Wi-Fi work at hotel, the lady at front desk said the Wi-Fi work well in this hotel. So we decide to use the points to book the hotel. When we booking the hotel by calling the Wyndham reservation line and book the room with "Jacuzzi (hot tub)". Once at the check in the lady at front desk said our hotel did not have any "Jacuzzi (hot tub)" rooms. After 15 min arguring with the front desk, she finally said they had "Jacuzzi (hot tub)" room. Time just waste there for checking into the hotel. Once we are in the room, the Wi-Fi was connect strong but internet did not work at all.. So we inform the front desk about it. The front desk said since you book with points there are nothing they can do. Moreover front desk also said there is not other "Jacuzzi (hot tub)" room, the front desk mention again because we book the room with points there is nothing they can do. Since going not where with arguing so we decide just going to talk with owner/manager in the morning. At the morning the owner/manager is not in so we ask the front desk to have the owner/manager to give us a call. At 12:12pm the owner/manager call and leave a messages. Owner/manager said it is customer's fault do not know how to use internet at the hotel and also tell us on messages that we do not know how to use computers. (We had 2 computers there are not way the both computers can not get internet. P.S. I have a degree in computer science. )The owner/manager keep insulting us on the message he left on my phone. WE ARE VERY UPSET WITH THIS HOTEL AND WE RECOMMAND TO ALL NOT TO STAY HERE.
