“Excellent Hotel...the Only problem I had is when my room...”; Nov 21, 2012 Latosha L, Germantown; Excellent Hotel...the Only problem I had is when my room key would not work for me.I left, returned to hotel after 1I hour and key did not work..it was about 34to degrees outside. The woman at desk tried and tried to reprogram key....did not work. My friend was inside room sound asleep..finally we got my friend awake to open door. The master key would not work so thank goodness my friend finally heard us knocking. I was outside about 45 min. The woman was as helpful as she could be I guess?? But she never offered or asked if I wanted to be compensated in any sort of way for being inconvenienced.
