“Just try to keep your cool”

  , Adams
Used this hotel many times before but this was a terrible experience. AC and the ice machines could not keep up with the demand of the customers. It was a very hot weather spell but that is no reason why the equipment should not work as needed and paid for. We asked for and got a fan for our room as we had a 5 week old child with us to try and keep him cooled down. The temp dropped 3 degrees in our room by the morning and within an hour of us getting up and moving around the temp had gone back up 2 degrees. We use this hotel when we go to the Mayo clinic as we must travel a distance to get there. A lot of times it involves a 2 or 3 night stay with several medical procedures we have to go through. Coming back to a nice cool room is always a plus and helps make life more bearable. But this was horrible and we are thinking against staying again because of this experience. We work way to hard to earn our money and than spend it on something that does not live up to it's reputation The breakfast was good but don't go to the restaurant attached to the hotel unless you want to spend an arm and a leg on so-so food.
