“Poor Service at Restaurant Dinner and Bar Service , Food...”

Poor Service at Restaurant Dinner and Bar Service , Food quality needs to improve at Breakfast and at Dinner Cold food every morning and a very bad dining experiance second night at hotel. Waitress was burried , a person who did not identify herself ( was told later next day was catering manager tried to explain why it was going wrong , Bartender and another waitress watched all go wrong and never took action to correct .10% discounts were being taken out of register because no one could ring the discount , froze Register up and two of us tried to walk the cashier through unlocking the freeze .Bathroom in room had Black mold on ceilings in many rooms Carpets were not vacumed in rooms Someone lost a contact on Sunday and we found it in the room on the floor Sunday evening .Not a good experiance had by all 19 guests that were in the group.
