“We will not stay again”

  , East Lansing
The room was small and the beds were VERY uncomfortable. The wifi only worked in the lobby. Breakfast was okay, pool was very small, and no hot tub. The lounge was very nice, beer was cold and the food looked good we did not eat but did see several people who did. The one thing I suggested was to broaden the menu it was very small. Another major problem was no elevators, as a disabled veteran it made it very hard for me to get around, when we booked he room it was not mentioned to us that there was not one. So I give this hotel a very poor rating the only thing that gets a good rating from me is the customer service. Everyone had a big smile and was very friendly.
