“Disappointed”

We were very disappointed in our stay for several reasons. The shower was cold the entire stay, at all different times of the day, for all three of us and our friends that stayed a few rooms done. In the middle of the night a really loud pipe started making a noise and when we called the front desk to report it they didn't really care that it woke us up at 4 am and never stopped. The sink didn't drain without having to put your hands in the nasty toothpaste water. The hotel ran out of towels and we had to call twice to get some before they were delivered. And there were two water stains on the carpet that clearly had mold in it. I become very sick by the second day from that, I did make my comments known at checkout but the front desk person, who wasn't waiting on anyone else, didn't do anything about. She didn't offer to let us speak to a manager or anything. We called downstairs 4 times in our 2 night stay but were given no apologies for any of our instances. I was disappointed in the property (except the wonderful restaurant on the water) but I was more disappointed in the customer service and/or the willingness of the hotel to do something about the issues. We were part of the BMX group and occupied quite a bit of your hotel. We may consider a different location for our group in the future.
