“negative experience”

The rooms were very clean and nice, the housekeeping was the best part, The front desk has communication problems. Our reservation was wrong, I was overcharged on my debt card, they still owe me 40$. They lost part of my mother in-laws wheelchair. I really needed help with the front door of the hotel, There was an employee nearby each time, Why couldn't they help with opening the door.? this happened about 5 times, Each time I was loaded down with bags or the big luggage cart., We were in the bar and needed 2 more chairs, I started to lift them while employees watched. I had to ask for help with them, only to get an attitude from the young man,. like my request was a total inconvenience. He was very Rude! Our party had at least 15 rooms last weekend, and many of these rooms were booked 6 months ahead of time, they should have been more prepared, Each front desk person should communicate with the next shift about their guests requests, Wheelchair, overcharge, reservation changes.
