“I have stayed at your hotel for many years on family...”

I have stayed at your hotel for many years on family vacations and with other family friends as a group. I probably won't be back.Toilet problems in one of our rooms where it overflowed several times. We were looking forward to playing shuffleboard but were told there was no shuffleboard equipment. It was stolen evidently, or broken, but why not invest in new equipment? Due to problems with our toilet, I was expecting a discount on the second room, but neither people at the front desk could help me. They told me to call a manager. I did call the manager when I returned home, I left a voicemail message for her to call me, but no one ever returned my call. That does not indicate good service to me.
