“Not a bad stay but could have been a lot better!”

I visited this particular Ramada hotel from November 22nd-November 25th. My cousin and I booked one room and I booked a similar room for my Aunt. We were coming into town for Thanksgiving to visit family. My and my cousin's room was fine. The prices for the rooms were just right given the short notice that we made the reservations so that's why we picked Ramada and the location was perfect. My Aunt's room was also nice but she remarked to the staff upon checking out that after she used her microwave roaches were seen crawling out of it. She told them that they needed to address the issue right away. The young lady apologized to my Aunt for the microwave but she didn't give her a discount on the price of the room or anything for her trouble and I felt that she should have. If my Aunt wasn't checking out that day, I would have surely suggested that she choose another room.
