“upset”

we booked this room for two nights due to we were in town for a family funeral and we had to unexpectedly had to check out around 1:30pm after our 1st night stay and head home when i ask the man working if i could get a refund he replied NO you shouldnt have booked the room for two nights if you werent gonna stay and i explain that we were called back home unexepctedly and he said he would only didcount the room for 4.00 cause the room wouldnt be cleaned and ready for the next guest..i was very upset cause i didnt expect to have to get a hotel anyway and then had to loose my money for one night on top of that!!! Very unhappy with the customer service
