“We were put in an exterior room which I didn't even know...”

- We were put in an exterior room which I didn't even know was an option. I would have asked for a room inside the main hotel with access from the lobby only. There was very poor sound insulation in the room, making it way too easy to hear the drug transactions taking place at all hours of the night in the room adjacent. The staff was very friendly, but can't make up for the lack of security.
