“A few glaring problems this time around . . .”

We have always had an easy and uneventful visit with this hotel, however there were two glaring issues that we experienced on this visit: The internet was extremely slow or unavailable at all, and we were left to resolve the issue on our own by calling the company which provided service to the hotel. After two frustrating hours on the phone with the internet company and the hotel staff, we were able to receive some very minimal and slow internet service. Also, the early morning shuttle van driver failed to provide a stepstool for negotiating the very high van step, and one passenger fell to the ground while getting into the van. Very dangerous and a great liability to the hotel. The afternoon van driver who provided our transportion from the airport back to the hotel was much more courteous and careful. The hotel needs to train their drivers in basic safety procedures.
