“Unorganized, rude, unclean”

I booked through ParkSleepFly, which was "a big mistake" according to the hotel front desk when I attempted to check in (Weds, 6/11 around 11p) and my reservation was nowhere to be found despite a ParkSleepFly confirmation number. The hotel was sold out, and the desk staff was not very sympathetic or helpful in giving me ideas for other places to stay nearby. Only when someone called to cancel did she give me that room, otherwise I'm not sure what I would've done. While waiting for my check-in the 2 front desk women were quite rude to a non-English speaking guest asking about whether the room water was "potable" or not - they barely acknowledged him and snickered right in front of him, laughing under their breath. Once I got into the room it was not very clean - hair in tub and around the bathroom indicated a shoddy cleaning prior to my arrival. The best part of this hotel was its proximity to the airport and the timely shuttle to BWI. That's about it. Predictably the hotel blamed ParkSleepFly for the lost reservation, and also predictably ParkSleepFly is blaming the hotel. I will not be recommending this hotel or the PSF service.
