“Pool Hours”

Asked time that pool would be open manager told us from noon until 6 pm. went down at noon the next day and was not open. I went to ask manager and he said the weather was not going to allow them to open the pool. The weather was overcast but 90 degrees. Questioned as to why and told he has to authority to open it or not. Left to go to baby shower, came back at 5:15 to find the pool open. Had the kids change, so they could swim a short time and in 10 minutes they had cleared out the pool and locked it up. Also, had parents with us that are handicapped; asked for a ground floor room and first he told us both rooms were on ground floor only to pull around and find both on second floor. Went back and asked why he said both ground floor and told his mistake and redid rooms only this time we were on second floor in one building and parents were on first floor in a different building. If you are planning on staying here first check location of rooms, if ice machine is working and if weather permitting pool hours. Plus the manager seems to have a problem with elderly, women of color. We watching him get mad a at lady who had a free night going to her. She had made reservations thought the 800 number. He had her confused along with us, and we were standing behind her.
