“Service”

I had lots of trouble checking in. It took them 30 minutes to get things sorted out and I was running late as it was to set up my function. The ladies at the front check out did not seem to care that the customer service representative that took my reservation gave me no information at all and just made the excuse that the customer call centre is in Arizona. Personally I dont care where there located I care about the fact that I was told completely incorrect information when I went to check in. I am in the customer service business and if I treated my customers the way I was treated I would be ashamed of myself. This not only happend to me but also to a few of my guests who rented rooms as well. They all feel the same way as I do when it came to the customer service part on the front staff. My function on the other hand was fantastic. The staff who assisted in my function were very friendly, the food was great and I wouldn't change anything regarding the actual function. We all had a fantastic time and look forward to having our function there next year.
