Well, the room's cleanliness definitely needed another go over by the keepers. Not surprising, the king sized bed we were looking forward to was pretty disgusting. Really, it just felt... cheap, the room. The T.V. barely worked. The hairdryer stopped working. The door was broken. I could go on, but, overall, we did enjoy our stay. The breakfast was nice and the staff was pleasant (especially the gentleman who gave me extra muffins in the lounge). The last thing I want to mention is not related to the quality of the hotel, just the experience: the night staff may want to pay attention to just who is lingering outside. There was this rather creepy middle-aged black man who disturbed us when we went to get ice. He asked what we were doing, our names and, what really got to us, he also asked our age; it gave us the feeling that we were in danger. And it was sort of odd how we knew where the ice machine was, yet he didn't appear to be a guest or staff member because he got into his car and drove off moments later. Needless to say, we shoved our suitcases and other heavy items against the door that night for extra protection. We'd imagine that the Ramada staff would not want their guests to spend their trips paranoid. So, please, for the safety of others just keep a watchful eye out.Thank you very much!
