“service was beyond exceptional!”

- Not only was the hotel great, with great rooms and great beds (very firm beds which i love), the employees are just the epitome of customer service. The first person i met was so friendly and so helpful, she was the ideal receptionist. She made the hotel! On a side note, their signature smell (soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc) was pretty fantastic!
