I like the Ramada, its kinda off the beaten path but a couple blocks walk to everything. Lots of easy parking and access to the building. This time we were on a couples type promotion which included a bottle of wine, chocolates, wine tour passes and numerous vouchers for local restaurants which came in handy. This was a promotion that Ramada sent me probably due to the 3 previous times we've stayed there. Upon arrival at check-in I was given the vouchers but had to ask for the wine and never did receive the wine tour passes. I had upgraded to a king/jacuzzi room went I first booked so I assumed we would've gotten an upper floor room with view of the falls like our 3 previous visits. Not this time...ground floor facing the rear parking lot. Now one would think if you're trying to promote a couples getaway with wine, chocolates etc. and they requested an upgraded room with a jacuzzi, then an upper floor view of the falls would be common sense. Anyways...will we go back to the Ramada? Probably will.
