“Not Impressed”

Myself, and three of my friends recently stayed out your location in Kittery,ME and I must say, were very unimpressed. The hotel desk clerk, upon arrival was very unfriendly. We asked for extra towels and she did not respond, just handled them over and turned her back. Upon entering our room, we could not believe how dirty our bathroom was, especially the toilet. The WIFI was horrible. Did not work at all. It clearly states on the check in desk that a customer has 20 minutes to complain about their stay. After doing a quick scan of our room, we decided it was fair. Later (beyond 20 min) we noticed the mold ( or grime) around the ceiling in the shower, and that the shower did not drain. For me, stating on your check in desk that one has 20 min to complain, makes a guest feel that there have been many issues in the past leading you to do this to "cover yourself". That alone gave me an uneasy feeling when checking in.The man who checked us out on Saturday morning was friendly and accommodating, no complaints there. The breakfast was standard, however looking at how dusty the decor was that hung on the walls above the bread, muffins, fruit etc, we decided against taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Will say, that for certain we I would not stay at this location again, mainly due to the lack of cleanliness.
