“Just terrible!”

  , Milan It
I just wanted to sleep, but: The first night I got room 102, so close to the street that I could hear all the noise and the banging flagpoles, and so close to the lobby that I could hear the music and the people coming in and out and screaming on their phones: it was really difficult to sleep. Next night I got moved to the room 504. It was too hot and there were cockroaches all over the place. The AC works only at fixed times apparently: didn't sleep much because of cockroach hunting. Third night was the same. The manager offered a discount for the night, but I only got a change of room on the final night. Final night: I got moved to a 2-4 people room where I finally got to sleep. In general the problems are: rooms are too hot; noisy ac; the floor is old and looks like it could break anytime; the door cardkey kept resetting itself during the night; the breakfast room is too small and if you don't go before 9 am it's impossible to get a seat; far enough of Manhattan if you depend on Path trains. The only good thing was the Spanish speaking personnel, everything else was just unbearable.
