“Shannon and her staff were the greatest”

Hello,My name is Lionel Nau. I am a track and field coach who came to Pueblo, Colorado for the NCAA track and field championships. Prior arriving to Pueblo, The manager by the name of Ms. Shannon advised me that there was a discount for businesses and private institutions. She requested a tax form which I brought. When arriving at the hotel, Shannon was right at the front desk with one of her employee! Not only did she remember me, but she introduced me to her staff and told me that if I needed anything, I should just ask at the front desk. I was impressed to see a manager so involved with her staff. She truly portrayed leadership by example and I command her for that! I even noticed that she was pretty tired one day, but she still walked around the rooms to perform her job! While having a conversation she stated that she spent tremendous hours back to back and that she was a bit tired. I am glad you emailed me to ask me some feedback as Ms. Shannon and her staff did a great job in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, and service. I would only recommend Ramada to offer a diversity of continental breakfast menu in rotation menus throughout the whole week instead of always having the same options. I think that this can easily be done by creating perhaps a focus group through your marketing team. A change of foods offered at breakfast can be easily modified and increase the quality service of all your Ramada hotels throughout the US. In short, Ms. Shannon and her staff located in Pueblo, Colorado are rocking in terms of customer service. I would recommend this hotel to any other coach I know who will go to the next NCAA championships in Pueblo next year.
