Thank you for you comments about your stay here with us. I am sorry to hear the issues that you had while staying here with us. It is not at all our standard to have guests check into rooms that haven't been thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, we dropped the ball and for that I am sorry. We strive to make sure that each and every one of our guests have the best possible experience while staying with us. Besides the issues with your room, I am so glad that we were able to exceed your expectations in other areas of the hotel such as service, sleep quality, etc. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to show you how much we value great customer service as well as a high standard of cleanliness.
