“Ramada Baltimore Pikesville 2/13”

We were very unhappy with our stay at the Ramada. We filled 30 rooms for in the hotel for guests of our sons wedding. Staff was very unaccommodating, rooms were filthy, including lobby bathroom. Wouldnt let us reserve a cot in advance and then we we got there they didnt want to put one in our room because we were on the second floor. many things in the room were broken, tissue holder, iron, toilet paper holder etc. Only one luggage cart in the whole hotel. We had made arrangements to use the breakfast room as a hospitality suite for our guests as they checked in. Hotel staff had told us they would make coffee for us but when we got there noone had any recollection of that. All in all we were not very happy with our stay at the ramada.
