“Not too happy with this stay”

When my friend and I arrived, we walked in and weren't greeted the way guests should be treated upon entering a hotel. I work in a hotel myself, so I know how guests are supposed to be treated. No smile, no enthusiasm what so ever. It didn't make us feel very welcomed. We were checked in efficiently, which was nice.We were there for a wedding and we aren't from the area. We didn't know a thing about Light Up Shelbyville, so on our way to the wedding, we hit a couple if literal roadblocks and couldn't find our way around them. We called the hotel to see if we could get directions to go around the crazy traffic. We were told that we wouldn't be able to get parking anywhere so I got a number from a cab company that they apparently use all the time. We drove back to the hotel and and called the cab company who told me that they had no idea where the Ramada was, and they tried to tell me that I was in Lexington, because they'd never been out to that property before. The woman argued with me for over five minutes about where I was currently located so I finally hung up. I guess that's the only cab company you guys recommend, so perhaps you should get in touch with them to clear up that misunderstanding, whether the misunderstanding lies with the hotel or the cab company.When we came back that night after the reception (after missing the wedding completely) we were ready to go to bed but couldn't fall asleep because the walls are paper thin. We could hear every door slam, we could hear people blowing their noses. It was ridiculous.
