It may be they missed the cut off dates and/or they had some loyalty program points to redeem for rooms. In such cases even if they are with a group, we may not know. And it becomes extremely difficult for our staff to control such children/guests who are inconsiderate about hotel guests. I am sure noise from children running can happen at any other hotel who accommodates sports teams or groups. We were sold out for the Mid America Truck show and it does takes is 2-3 hours to turn around the rooms after the guest checks out. While we certainly hear what you said, and also what our front desk staff had communicated was correct. We had a guest who seemed to disturb you, and after receiving your call we had moved her. When you came to report at the desk, there was no one in the room besides yours. I and the staff understand how important is sleep specially after long day of travelling. And that was the reason we took necessary steps to move the loud guests away from around your room. It is our hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you. Since 2008, we have done extensive remodeling to our hotel and kept it up to the Ramada standards. Yes we are an exterior corridor hotel, however we are in one of the safest and richest neighborhood of Louisville. The residential community around is is called Indian Hills and Mockingbird Valley, where some of the homes have been featured in Home & Living magazine. As an assurance to our guest we have Louisville Metro Police Department patrol our lot from time to time. We offer many amenities as complimentary breakfast, free wi-fi and parking. Also our restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. We have coin operated guest laundry and fitness room as well. It is our hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you.
