“Very Disappointed- Would like a reply”

We had a very hard time staying the second note and we reported this many times to the desk clerk about people who would not settle down and sleep. The desk clerk seems to be intimidated in seeking on behalf of the client the loud talking which lasted till 4:45 am . My wife and I could not sleep at all and had to be up at 7am to minister at a church. I am disabled and have heart fibulation and I could not stop shaking due to lack of rest and frustration of how this situation was not handled properly.. When we went to the desk to share she gave us half price and knew somewhat of the situation but really was not told the whole story of the situation. The desk clerk became very bold in response to my wife when she shared I was going to knock on the door and ask them to quiet. His reply was: I will have to kick u out!!! I would appreciate someone to call. I still have the receipt and would appreciate more of a compensation. I do travel quite a bit and stay at the Ramada's but I would have to hesitate to come back there even though the grounds were enjoyable
