- First of all, there was a dirty towel hung up as a clean towel! Mold in the corners by the bathtub and mold in the light fixture!! The room didn't get serviced that morning and when we called the front desk to get clean towels, we were told that the hotel didn't have any, they needed us to put our towels outside of the room so they can wash the towels for us! They decided to bring us some of the tiny pool towels - which one of those towels was dirty!! The floor had unidentifiable stuff on it, enough to make us NEVER walk without shoes! When we asked the checkout clerk if he had been advised of our towel situation, he stated no. Never an apology. In addition, our bill was almost 40.00 more than what we had confirmed the room. Thankfully I had the confirmation and they adjusted the rate.
