“Great Location, Great Brand Name, Poorly Run Property!”; Jan 02, 2013 T.J. S, Overland Park; I am surprised Ramada allows this franchisee to keep the name. The property was obviously a premier facility at one time, but it is now worn down and badly needs updating. The furniture, carpets, drapes, bath fixtures, and even the linens are all badly worn. There are signs of lack of maintenance throughout the facility. For the rates charged, I definitely would not stay at this location again! Too bad too since it has a great location!

Thank you taking the time to review our property. We also think we have a great location. I am sorry that you did not notice they we are in the process of upgrading our property. As I am writing to you we are resurfacing our guestroom walls, laying new carpet, hanging new drapes and so on and so on.
