“Worst Stay at a hotel Ever”

My stay at the Elizabethtown Ramada was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever. It started with this hotel only has one person work the desk in the evening and overnight. So when I arrived about 8:30 the desk worker was helping someone else and there was no one at your desk for about 5 minutes people could have went in to the sundry shop and took anything. The night person was a very nice guy though and enjoyable to speak to. The problem began with the room and the fact that it is only 4 I repeat 4 steps from the desk and at 4:00 AM. There was a guest complaning loudly and the desk clerk was doing nothing about it. After this going on for at least 15 minutes and my entire family of 6 awake I went out and ask them to be quiet. At breakfeast none of the juice machines worked, the water was a problem and honestly the room had a smell. Upon my check out I shared this experience with the employee which again was not at the desk at 6:30 because she was in the breakfeast room and only at 7:00 was there a 2nd employee. The employee at 6:30 had the worst customer service I have ever experienced and at 7;00 the owners daughter said she would pass on and took my phone number which I guessed would be no call. Cheap owners showed with minimal staff and untrained. Can't believe that a design of a hotel would put hotel rooms 4 steps next to the desk and right next to the breakfeast room which is also loud. Entire family was up at 4 and not back to sleep due to the noise. Tried to use the shower but the shower curtain rod was broken so the top of the shower curtain fell to the middle that allowed water to got out on both sides to the shower curtain on to the floor of the bathroom creating a very slippery floor actually a hazard.
