“My 3 week stay at Ramada”

Front desk personnel are RUDE and need to be replaced except for Tyler and Daniel. Other people staying at the hotel made similar comments to me. Brandy and Barbara and Pricilla all have poor customer service skills.carpets throughout hotel are dirty and spotted...tile floor in the lobby always was clean but did not transfer to housekeeping the rooms. Housekeeping service were horrid. House Keeping services were not provided most days unless reminded both room and PARLOR D.Had to go out to hunt for toilet paper and for someone to clean room and bathroom in Parlor D. The only saving grace was your GM Rodger who tried to correct everything and Mike, who is very kind person. You need to have a porter available for persons who are disabled like myself. Barbara told me I would have to handle my own luggage as no one was available. Dinner needs to schedule help better, blond girl always there by herself... waited 30 minutes for hamburger and I was the only patron.
