“Filthy”

The bathroom was filthy. There was dirt in the bathtub, the toilet had obviously been used as there was urine on the seat and rim as well as dripped down the edge. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed and lets not even talk about how dirty the edges of the carpet were along the walls. There were M&M's scattered all over the floor along with other debris from previous guests.The night manager we had was an the only professional we encountered on our stay. Please do not take into account her performance as to my comments below. I would give her a superior rating! She offered to give us a different room, find us a room we could shower in, the only thing she didn't offer but perhaps could have was help in moving our things as we were traveling with an infant and a move would have taken me about 5 solo trips. The morning manager on the other hand, was full of excuses and felt the need to explain Ramada protocol in detail which was not of interest to me. She put her "morning reports" ahead of a customer which should never happen in a service industry. She asked for a few minutes and it was over an hour before I called her back to get some resolution to the issues we found in our room. I don't care what your policies are. Who needs to pull who's work and time reports to see who did or didn't do what in our room. Just do your job in private, don't air your dirty laundry or hotel policy to a guest who just wanted some rectification to the problem.
