Thank you for staying with us at the Ramada, I am glad to hear that your stay was good. I do apologize for the wait on your breakfast; we have less staff during hours that we are normally not busy.As for the hot tub situation, that is perplexing. There is a procedure in place to let staff and guests know when the spa and/or pool are closed. We will look into this further and will do our best to not let this happen again. « hide

I am very sorry for you feeling unwanted, because that truly is not the case. Some of our rooms do have different rates depending on the type of room, if there is a special room rate for a room block, etc. I do, again, apologize for you feeling this way! « hide

I apologize for the appearance of some of our staff. We have clear expectations for their appearance and uniforms, so this shouldn't have been an issue. This will be looked into and improved.The bellman is only scheduled on days that we project to be busy. This being said, he is not always here.As for the tv guide, there should be one in every room for our guests, so it is very strange that you didn't have one in your room. We will check to make sure that this is available in every room. Look for them on your next visit! « hide

Special breakfast buffets, such as the one for your tournament, are usually put together with the items that the event coordinators would like there. Again, I do apologize for this aspect! « hide

We are undergoing renovations right now to revitalize the property. We are going to look into the television issue further, since we have had a few comments about them. « hide
