“Disorganized and Out of Date”

  , Omaha
We booked a room that included breakfast. Upon arrival, we paid additional for a room upgrade, which then somehow caused us to lose the breakfast. It took my husband 20 minutes to check in, 20 minutes to get them to at least include a couple of the breakfasts, and about 30 minutes to check out because they couldn't figure out the bill (don't use a credit card and cash because it must throw off the whole system). We weren't the only people having issues either. And the hotel wasn't even half full, so no real excuse for the poor service. The tv didn't work in the upgraded room so we had to repack and move our family of five to a different floor. And even after that, they still refused to honor the free breakfast that was supposed to be included. The hotel is old and out of date. It isn't surprising that they only had 30 rooms booked. The only bright spot was the waitress (last name Thomas). They should have her running the place. She was really trying to correct all the problems the rest of the staff were creating.
