“Terrible Service”

We booked our room in a block with a hockey team over a month before our stay. We didn't received the room we booked & weren't put with our team as we were told we would be. Instead 2 rooms in the hall with our hockey team were given to people not on the team & we were put down around the corner in another hall. The poor people put in with the hockey team, were bothered constantly from the noise of the hockey team. Why wouldn't you put us with the team & the strangers down around the corner??? Poor Planning. Upon our arrival, I complained that I had booked 2 dbl beds with the team & received a queen with a pull out couch, but was told if I wanted 2 dbl beds I would be put on another floor further away from the team. I asked to be switched with the poor people who were put on the floor with the team (better for those people too, to get away from the noise) but was flatly told NO!!! Was very "let down" by the Ramada brand, thought it was a much better hotel chain. Only our complaint is why only 4 chairs in the pool area??? There is room for many more!!!
