“Not a very good experience.”

  , Waverly
When i checked in the lady at the front told us we were in 116 but when we got to 116 we realized that our key envelope said 118. We called the front dest and they told us what room we were supposed to be in, but this room had the door wide open and i felt uncomforable entering a room with the door open and unlocked. We did not like the rooms, they are tiny and the bathroom does not have a tub, this made it impossible to bathe my 1 year old who does not take showers. The room had light bulbs burnt out and wasnt cleaned very well behind things. The bed was old and uncomfortable we heard everything the guests next to us said or did. The worst part about the hotel was the restaurant. We went for the breakfast buffet, no one would seat us, we sat ourselves. Finally flagged down what seemed to be the only waitress in the restuarant and she got our drinks...but never came back other than to bring drinks, then we had to flag down someone else to get us our check. Tried to go back to the same restaurant for dinner but it looked like there was only a bartender working, she never came to seat us or great us, we got tired of waiting and went back to our room and ordered room service. the only good thing about our experience is the pool because the kids loved it, although many of the pool staff where not very neat in appearance.
