“Poor HVAC”

When we were there the air-conditioning went out. When I called the desk, I asked if they could send someone from maintenance to check it, I was told that they had a chiller go down and they could bring us a fan of we could move to another room, I told them to bring us a fan for now. In the morning when we were checking I questioned the lady at the front desk about the problem and she had no knowledge of the problem. She asked maintenance and they told her they were not a where of the problem, she then told me that she would need to talk the the lady from the day before to get clarification before she could make an adjustment on the bill and she would e-mail me the changes. When I got home and checked my E-mail the bill was there BUT NO changes have been made. I guess I should have stayed until the problem was resolved. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!
