“thin walls and uninterested staff”

The walls were very thin allowing us to hear our neighbors as if they were in the same room with us. The hotel is also located right of the highway and that was also heard.The staff seemed uninterested. We were not properly greeted or told about breakfast, etc. When we checked out, again no interest. No questions about how we enjoyed our stay, etc. When I asked a question about our bill, same disinterest.We picked Ramada because we thought Ramada had a good name and associated it with quality. Guess things have changed at Ramada. I won't choose them again.
