“room smelled musty. At breakfast the waffle iron did not...”

room smelled musty. At breakfast the waffle iron did not work, had probably not been cleaned for a long time based on appearance and the waffle stuck severely although cooking spray was used. The waffle batter was very running thus not allowing the waffle to cook during the allotted time. The second option of pastries was so so as they had been refrigerated and were very cold and had to tell how fresh. Coffee was good but very small cups and no lids. When I arrived I tried to sign up for awards program. the desk attendant that evening attempted to online and said it would take a while for the computer to generate the paper work and she would have it for me the next morning when I checked out. The desk staff the next morning knew nothing about it and I still do not know if I am enrolled or not. They could not tell me. To there credit I travel for work 3-5 nights per week and stay at your brand at least every 2 weeks and this is the first that mentioned a rewards program. All of those points I missed! Also no printer available for the guest to use. I had to page my office staff to fax me papers that I needed to sign and then fax them back.
