This is the worst Ramanda I have ever been to. I realize this is not California I was in but please. I am 70 years old and all ther none smoking, Ha, Ha, rooms were on the second floor and no elevator, I room I was in smeeled of smoke and the bathrooom had cigeratte burns on the sink counter top. The water came our a rust ybrown in the shower. The Saddle Back resturant connected to the hotel had very bad service. My daughter and two friends and myself had rib-eye steak sandwiches. when they were brought to us they gave us one knife to share in cutting them. We asked for water three times and they gave us little glasses and I finally had to tell them to leave the picther. When we asked for Ranch dressing they gave my friend a small contianer of it. When my daughter asked for some they told her to share, they didn't have anymore. the following day they had all the fish you could eat but they didn,t have any left even though it was early in the day for lunch. That night we went back for desert and were told of the seven items they had only sundaes , and apple pie was availble. They said they ran out of everything and this was on a Friday night. What were tehy going to do for the weekend. The buffet breakfast was great in another part of the hotel. The staff was kind and moved my friends because they had no heat in thier room. I was there for my gransons graduation from Great Lakes. Your hotel must know the schedule of each graduating class and should be prepared for 460 Seamen graduating. We didn't have a car or relatives we could stay with and we chose your hotel because of our previou visits in other locals. I was very disappointed. You would think that your smoking rooms would be on the second floor. I have two knee replacements and needed a cane due to the bad weather but to have to climb steep stairs with a suitcase was bad.
