“The room was fine”

I thought the room was fine. I am taking the time to write however to say that the woman behind the front desk was working incredibly hard. She was checking us in, talking to a extremely rude woman on the phone at the same time. Later I saw her moving mattresses.I felt bad for her as for no fault of her own, she has to deal with customers complaining on the wait time on the phone as she deals with customers at the front desk. She handled everything with extreme poise and I just wanted to remark on that. I felt sorry her her actually. I noticed it because when I called I was on hold for 25 minutes and when I arrived I realized why. I think you are understaffed or need a better way to handle the people who call in to your hotel.
