“Not Pleased.”

We had made reservations months ahead of time over the phone for six rooms. They lost the reservations and only had specific rooms available. For example, a smoking room or a pet room, which my girls could not stay in. As I began to dial another hotel, suddenly, four normal rooms became available. The service was slow and we do not plan on staying at this specific Ramada again. We come to Champaign, Illinois for the Illinois Drill Team Association State Contest for the high school dance team I coach. We've stayed at this same hotel for two years in a row and they had lost our reservations both years. Also, as I checked out of our group of rooms the "printer was not working" so I could not receive my receipt. But suddenly five minutes later after giving the front desk worker multiple emails to send the receipts to, the printer worked... Not happy with the service and the staff was very unknowledgeable about their "new computer system".
