“The Ramada Springfield North is among the best motels we...”

The Ramada Springfield North is among the best motels we have stayed at. We return twice a year for Springfield events. Though your motels have reservation systems, the staff, especially Marge, make the reservation and check in and check out system work better than most other locations. Because the staff planned ahead and knew most of the motel guests would be checking in during a short time period, they had our checkin forms and key cards prepared in advance. They had updates of our event's weather related cancellations and changes posted at the desk for their guests. Food was tasty, and the staff paid attention during the entire breakfast hours to the quantity and quality of the food. Booking reservations is always quick and efficient. We can tell that the staff cares about the Ramada experience of their guests and they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. This is so obviously NOT "Just a job" to them.All of the appliances and fixtures worked, and the furnishings were clean and well cared for.
