“Ramada - Flagstaff, AR”

  , Mesquite
I am happy I received this requesst for a review of my stay at the Ramada in Flagstaff as I feel this was a very poor experience. Some of the problems we encountered were as follows; 1. No close Caption available on the TV (requested help from staff but was told it was not available. 2. Water faucet in the tub was literally almost falling out of the wall and it was very hard to regulate hot/cold water temperature, 3. The tub was also very dangerous as there was no bath mat or anti slip devises of any kind. When stepping into the tub I slipped and could have hurt myself badly as i almost fell out of the tub. 4, Not sufficent electrical outlets. We had to move the bed in order to reach an outlet that would allow me to plug in my "CPAP" breating devise. That in itself is not so bad but when we moved the bed we found that the outlet didn't have a wall plate cover on the plug. This seems very dangerous as the bed is literally pressing against the plugs and pushing them into the wall.5. Possibly the worst part was the "Breakfast" that was offered. It was nothing but cold cereal, toast, Juice and coffee. (not what I would call a breakfast). We had to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant for breaksfast. This in my opinion added an additional $15 - $20 to the cost of the room.
