“Limited is right!”

Temperature outside was in the 30's, I could see my breath in the room when I arrived. There should be a minimum temperature maintained in the rooms, it took a couple hours with the heat cranked up to get it to a tolerable level. The room furnishings looked like something someone put out on the curb and the hotel staff picked up, very cheap, very worn. There was ice and snow the night before and no ice melt was put out. I fell in the parking lot and when I questioned front desk staff, he indicated the maintenance man would be in later in the morning to put some down, but he did put up a sign. A lot of good a sign was going to do, I still had to make it to my car with my luggage. Most of the business guests were going to be on their way before the maintenance man arrived. The breakfast bar offered very few healthy options, primarily heavy carbs.The apples looked like they were a month old and they were out of bananas. I was told there would be some arriving in an hour or so but of course that too would be after I was gone. More whole food options would be nice, like hard boiled eggs and a variety of whole fruits.
