“Huge Disappointment”

1. Checked into hotel-Learned pool heater is broken and the water is FREEZING. It wont be fixed until the afternoon of the following day. 2. Ordered pizza and chef forgot our order and we had to wait upon arrival for one to be made. They had two hours notice.3. Discovered hotel had precharged my credit card $20 per day hold on my account and had precharged me for the taxes and fees upon check in without notice.4. Kiddie pool was not repaired by check out of our visit. Our toddlers were not enjoying the pool and were too young for the bigger water park.-waste of our money.5. Hotel- billed us for our stay a second time by sending a bill to our room upon check out and we had to have it cleared so we wouldn't be charged twice but then charged us an additional $5 fee to do so. Told we wont see our money returned for up to 10 days. Absurd.6. When we first checked in, we were given the wrong room. During the phone reservation we specifically requested a king bed with a pull out couch. They gave us 2 doubles and we had to convince them that we could not stay in that room because the beds are so high the kids would roll off and get hurt. They then put us in a queen room with a couch. Better but not what we had specifically requested.Overall, this was a very poor experience and we are not likely to return to this location again. This is not the first time I have had issues with a Ramada Inn. When people reserve a specific type of room and pay for it, the hotel should honor that.
