“Very Unhappy”; Jan 03, 2013 Tanya M, Edmonton; The reason for choosing Ramada was because you had a swimming pool that our kids could enjoy. The pool water was absolutely freezing and nobody in the hotel could stay in the pool for more than 10 seconds. My kids got stuck in a crowded hot tub with some men that were drinking and after about 5 minutes we had to pull them out. We were extremely dissappointed that we were not even offered any type of compensation.
