“Shelter from the Storm”

My stay was due to family emergency. I came from central Virginia straight through. My reception as I tired traveler was greeted by a smiling welcoming face. The restaruant on site was clean and enjoyable and convenient. My room was clean and comfortable.The real story is in the staff. On the day I was trying to leave I suddenly became ill. Not because of anything at hotel was wrong (more likely my exposure to the facility where my family were.).I was very weak and not able to move much. I ask the front desk for help. The same bright cheerful voice that I first spoke to (Debbie) when I booked the room answered.I shared my plight and ask for some fruit since I had not been able to eat anything 24hrs prior. She quickly responded and brought me what I had asked for then offered some comforting Ginger ale.Here is the point. It is one thing to be professional but a whole other thing to be able to remain personable. This may not be the finest as hotels go but Debbie and her crew will ensure a strong future for Ramada as the become and remain a force in Elyria.My sincere thanks and appreciation,Charles Donneberg-Executive Director - His Touch Ministries, Inc.
